Following a suggestion on the long-running page What price for an aerial installation? we would like to hear your stories about your good experiences of having an aerial installed.

pete posted 'I only got involved with this discussion because people are quick enough to say what rip off prices they were quoted, as you berne said, but what about the ones who were not, may be we should start another thread "how much did you pay for your install and are you happy with it"..

hello, we have just moved into a new property which has no aerial that i could see in the living room to connect to the television. does this mean we have to have an aerial installed? what are our options here?

the living room has just been re plastered, could the aerial be behind it?

zanna black: It is quite impossible to advise on the best options to take without knowledge of your location (pref: post code) this to enable the level of reception expected in your area to be checked on and from what transmitter.

One thing is without doubt though, and that is that you will require an aerial of one sort or another as there wont be one hidden, so do you have an accessible loft?
