I live about 2 miles from the Sandy Heath transmitter and have to manually tune my Humax PVR to prevent bad reception. I still, however, have problems with good reception on BBC4 and 301 even though they've been manually tuned. Any suggestions?

301 has moved to Mux 1. This is probably to make space on Mux B for the matched slot on ArqA.

Mike Dimmock: Thanks, that is confirmed by my weekly scrape-and-check. I have updated the site and 301 is now showing on Mux 1 in pre-switched regions.

My husband has just come across 301. How does he find out what is on. At the moment it is hit and miss.

Dorothy Lodwick: 301 is the BBC's Red Button 'interactive' stream. See BBC - BBC Internet Blog for the list of what's on.

Usually, when you're watching a BBC main channel and there's a related stream on 301, the 'Press Red' popup will appear in the top-right corner of the screen. (RG47SH)
