Pat

I am on the Wrekin transmitter and until the 21st could get Challenge, Yesterday and Ideal World, all on Channel 53. I can now only get Channel 29 and have lost several programmes after re-turning. I have also done a reset. Can anyone help please? My signal quality is l00% and strength is 97%.

For the past 9 months I have received all Freeview HD channels on Ch 31 from Crystal Palace. Suddenly CH 31 has vanished along with the HD channels. I have tried all the retune options with no success. My TV no longer recognises CH 31. My post code is HP8 4BS. Any ideas what has happened. My switchover date is next April.
Many thanks
Gordon

Gordon Nicol: Many people who use Crystal Palace HD has experienced this problem, and which is caused by Sandy's MuxA having on 31st of August started to transmit on the same Mux Ch31 channel as is used by Crystal Palace HD service, and although listed as being on a temporary basis, this "temporary" status lasts until 18th of April next year.

Sandy's Mux Ch31 is listed as only being 20Kw, but I feel its a rather generous 20Kw as its other two Muxes rated as being on the same power are virtually zero in my area. (Near to Stamford)

Still no luck with challenge - just get the silly screen telling me to retune if you've lost the channel lately. Don't get any sound but do get the programme list. Not sure I can bear to miss much more of TNA!!!

We are in the Sandy Heath transmitter area and use a HUMAX 9150T FREEVIEW box, after installing the channels using the multiplex codes given to me by the customer services at Humax a we were told we missed the July software update and we have a further software update due from Wednesday to Friday this week, do we have the tv on to receive it, or just ensure the box is on and it installs automatically.

Why am I getting pixellation on ITV channels? The last time I had that was last winder when the Oxford mast was being replaced. It hasn't done it since, until two days ago. I have retuned and I have a booster unit on the tv table. It doesn't do it all the time. It's intermittent

Malcolm: Only the box has to be on, not the television set. You must also have the "automatic software update" enabled too, which it will be unless you specifically disabled it.
