Thanks to Stevem for pointing me to the A.T.V Aerials site. This is the first time I have seen the timetable so clearly produced. I will now wait until 18 April for the vertical . It was also nice to see that the "unique" polarisation was indeed for minimising co- , just as I presumed! But it would have been nice if those in the are had been told, or is it only the trade who find out about such things?

Thanks to Dave Lindsay for pointing out the timing too. And in answer to your question. I can get a weak from the Parkstone , but it is not transmitting yet. I presume it will transmit Freeview "lite" after ???? Is there another relay? Please enlighten me?

Kim V. Today I have had virtually perfect BBC MUX signals from Rowridge. Just a few brief bits of pixellation at lunchtime. The high pressure zone has moved away from the critical area of northern France that causes the "lifts" and co-channel interference. You may have variable from different frequencies from your system? The move of the BBC MUX may have caused you to get a lower signal. Again, waiting until Wednesday and, now thanks everyone, April 18 for the extra power and other MUXes on vertical polarisation, will be the time to try to get things working properly?

The will be boosted to the muxes A,C,D listed at the top of this page and which contain what I would call the minor .
This delay is to wait for the at to complete (4th and 18th April) and to avoid Crystal Palace users getting before then.

The table at Rowridge Transmitter gives the details and the link just above the table labelled " UK`s installer guide ..." says that a retune 'may' be required on 18th April.

Thanks Steve, someone else had lead me to believe that all the muxes were increasing in then, I am currently experimenting to find the best place for my old yagi 18A . So far I have got a weak but usable from the BBC using the V. (I to be the first user in with a V polarised aeriel on my pointing to Rowridge!)

When do the COM muxes at go from being A (64 QAM 2K), C (16QAM 2K) and D (16QAM 2K) to COM4 (64 QAM 8K), COM5 (64 QAM 8K) and COM6 (64 QAM 8K)? Will it be tonight, or will it be when they adopt their final powers and UHF on 18 April 2012?
