I can pick up etc in the lounge but pick up in the bedroom which is only 12 feet away and is serviced by the same

Judith: If the TV has a "" or "" setting in the menu then this is one way to prefer the NW one to the one. I think this is generally only newer receivers, particularly HD ones.

Manual tuning to , assuming this is the NW your is directed to, might be the only easy way of achieving correct tuning. The problem is that it's likely tuned to Moel-y-Parc transmitter in North Wales -- this is an assumption on my part as without knowledge of your exact location it isn't possible to know exactly but this is generally a common issue in the NW.

Or unplug the aerial during the up until UHF channel 46 / 50%. This is tricky, isn't forced to work, may require additional work to get the exact timing right or may leave some out which means addiational scans ("add new " or similar ideally).

All same make, on same all have built in

Karen Greenwood: I take it "heat tv" is actually "Heart TV" and you're referring to logical channel number 54 rather than UHF channel 54 as doesn't use it.

The answer is likely to be due to the fact that the isn't as good. You need to do a manual of UHF channel 57 (762MHz).

Hi. I have lost all my TV . I tried scanning the channels and resetting everything but it still doesn't work. Apparently there is no damage to the cables or connections or socket etc . Could you please ?

Presuming you are talking about oss of , a post code is needed to determine which is likely to be the more likely for you to receive Freeview programmes.
It is possible that by doing the retune you have now removed all the you were getting so if the problem was a temporary fault you would need to retune again when the fault has cleared. Did you check with neighbours who use Freeview whether they had lost programmes?
