Bernie:

The multiplex that transmits Dave is currently on low power until 28th March. A retune after this time will most likely restore Dave and some others, for example Sky News on 82.

Hope this helps,

Adam.

Rowridge (Isle Of Wight, England) transmitter

Solent-Viewer:

Rowridge should be switched (barring disaster!) by 6AM on the 7th. In practise,
it will probably be before that. Don't forget to retune before setting your recorder, as the BBC channels will move to the frequency currently occupied by BBC2 analogue.

Hope this helps,
Adam.

A retune will be required on 28th March to ensure you still receive all channels.

Hope this helps,

Jean Ramskill:

Have you retuned your TV today? I'm assuming that you receive from Rowridge rather than Hannington. Rowridge started switchover today, and therefore BBC digital channels have moved frequency and therefore a retune is required. A further retune will be required on 28th March when all other channels move.

Hope this helps,
Adam.

Sorry, the second date should be 21st March NOT 28th March.

Nick Flowers:

Poor or missing reception when it rains can often means that water is getting into your aerial downlead. It's worth checking that your cable is not damaged, and that it has a good seal where it joins your aerial.

Hope this helps,
Adam.

Dino:

On the 9th May Mux COM4 will move to UHF CH51, and increase in power from 20KW to 170KW. The current temporary situation is a result of the digital switchover process and will be full resolved on the above date.

Hope this helps,
Adam.

C56 (754.0MHz) after switchover
Friday 23 March 2012 11:46AM
Dunstable

Graham:

I suspect the communal system is blocking CH56. The other Mux's (except the HD one) were in use prior to switchover, Ch56 is the only new frequency. Is it possible to check with other users of the communal system to see if they are having the same problem?

Hope this helps,
Adam.
