Like Bizman I am on the West Somerset coast and have had no problem except for a 3 second loss of signal during a heavy snow storm. Could the recent weather have something to do with it?

On the West Somerset coast we can have a problem when retuning because Wenvoe is line of sight across the Bristol Channel.This means that even though the aerial is pointing at Mendip sometimes we pickup the Welsh channels.
However I was very pleased that this time the retunes that I did were successful and BBC West is received.
So I must agree with John Crabb and suspect that the problems are at the receiving end and not at the transmitter.

New channels found on my Panny in West Somerset, channel 33. Max strength 10 via log periodic aerial.

Hi Mark Fletcher,
Sorry about that one letter post but for some reason I was not getting the regular email updates. I entered my details again and site said "already registered" which I knew.
I then sent that post as a test and the updates are now coming again.
