And an image of what looks like a remote part of the Isle of Skye is included for what reason? To reinforce the author's view of sparsley populated areas getting too much of the cake? Or am I missing something in the strange inclusion of an image that is hardly representative of the 'BBC nations'.

Channels on C29 no longer there - seem to have been moved to C30 (546 MHz). There is basic Freeview info here Important information about changes to Freeview TV signals | Freeview but it doesn't help those of us not using Freeview. Needed a full scan to find where the channels were but they seem to be at 546 MHz.

This information seems wrong. I live near this transmitter and there is nothing on these frequencies. I am getting stations on channels 32, 34 and 35.
32 (562) gives me the BBC SD channels
34 (578) gives me STV, ITV, Channel 4 and Channels 5 stations.
35 (586) gives me the BBC HD channels (except BBC 4 HD), STV HD, Channel 4 HD, Channel 5 HD and Film 4+1 SD.

Can anyone explain where I'm getting BBC radio stations on C61 from? It's not listed as available on either transmitter I get (Torosay and Onich) in PH33 6SD. It's a mystery to me. I seem to be getting the BBC stations from 3 sources.
