Anyone else not receiving STV HD on non-Freesat satellite? I've checked the settings on Lyngsat and KingOfSat and can't find the problem. It was there earlier in the week, I'm sure, but Lewis failed to record last night and all I get now is 'no video or audio'. It's ok on Freeview and I get ITV Granada on the same transponder ok.

It was off last night too but it's still on Freeview. Cana't see anything on the STV website about it.

Lesley - do a factory reset on your box and retune the channels, as well as checking the connecting cables.

STV HD on satellite:- According to Wikipedia now, STV HD ceased broadcasting on satellite on 22nd June - anyone know anything about that? Shouldn't there have been an annoucement or statement as to the reasons?

Anyone else missing BBC HD and BBC 1 HD on Astra? I'm getting 'no or bad signal' but other channels are ok.

I didn't notice any chnage to BBC HD transmissions yesterday - both are as before. Am I missing something?

Thanks all...
I got it after a factory reset but I'll remember the power search tip for the future. The pain with so many satellite channels is deleting the ones not wanted - hundreds of them. Am I alone in believing that a large proportion of these channels shuld really just be web sites now, and that freed capacity should be allocated to enable better quality on the channels that are not just 'special interest'?
