On retuning 21st March, I lost all Mux 33 channels including Sky Sports 1 and 2. UK Digital tell me my signal on Mux 33 is now variable but will boost on 18th April ! A warning would have been nice or perhaps they can pay for month subs ! By variable, it seems that means so far numerous tunes per day, either Mux not detected at all, or detects mux but no channels ! I asked them if they can get engineers to put signal strength back to level it was from 7th march as it worked perfectly then.

Thanks for the explanation, but unfortunately, this still leaves me £40 out of pocket for Sky Sports 1 and 2 with not the slightest warning, missing loads of looked forward to sport.
Seemingly, all so London have a problem free switchover !

They claim no change to frequency on 21st, but all worked perfectly after 7th March retune.
