When Talking Pictures stopped transmitting it said it needed a retune so I came to your site (today) to find where it is.
I always do a manual tune because otherwise ALL my favourite channel lists and ALL my scheduled recordings and series will be lost (on my Humax Fox T2 PVR) - taking me 30 minutes (or several days if I haven't photographed the lists).
I duly retuned C33 and spent 5 minutes putting BBC4HD C4/7HD and C4+1HD as they were.
I then found Talking Pictures still didn't work because your list is out of date - that's 2 days after the scheduled change.
Is it your policy to provide confusing and outdated information?
I had to go to a516digital.com to find out where it really is - it took me some time to find, and appears to be mainly for engineers.
Perhaps you should use it? Especially as you are the first place people look.
If I was responsible for publicly messing up like this I would be banging my head on the wall until it bleeds.
