My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

anybody having problems in leeds/yorkshire area, i lost all
channels
yesterday
and now nothing comes back, tried switching off, disconnecting everything and
scan
with n without
freeview
box all to no results
