BILLY: Re losing channels in Rhodes, when on holiday in Portugal a while ago the sky box would lose BBC and ITV around tea time. The dish was only 2 metres diameter which was to small for the propagation at night. I would suggest that your dish is also to small. You need to check the sky box signal level in the day time and then at night, if the signal level is marginal day time you will lose night time signals. You may also have a box which has a poor tuner sensetivity or the lnb may also have a high noise floor. Check your friends dish size, and if possible try your box on a bigger dish. Hope this helps. Don.

Shane Barron: Hi If you have internet you can download the manual for the pace digibox. There is a Pace site available with free manual downloads, although you may have to try a few sites all labeled Pace, Try pace.com.uk to start. Good luck Don

Brian: These codes are for a LOGIK L32DIGB20 tv They may well be ok for your model, it also depends on which version of remote you have, but worth a try. 0221 0033 0061 0039 0726, you may also try these with out the first 0. Good luck.

Helen: Hi Astra is at 28 east, so your dish is off point, bear in mind that you are looking at a square 1 kilo wide 38 kilo away so a minicsule amount of dish movement will put you off the Astra position. You need to repoint the dish a very SMALL amount while looking at the screen. The dish elevation angle is also very important. If all fails you will have to bite the bullet and get an installer to point the dish for you. Good luck Don.

john norman: I complety agree with you, maybe if lots of us complain to Sky they may stop this random change of program restarts. I know that there are some episodes they say they can't show because of copy right, but i don't think this applies here as i have seen the later ones.

DAWN.STARR: Hi Dawn, i to have a LG tv with just one scart input, you can buy a switched scart cable which will take 2 scart inputs and one output for your TV input. You can also buy multiple scart inputs with one output. They are on ebay at around £6.00. If you can't find it you can email me and i will point you in the right direction. Regards Don

marie fender: Hi Marie, the no phone line will not stop your sky box from working, the phone line is only used with the installers menue, when connected it decides which area your card recieves for your local programs. If you have more than one box swap them over and see if the other box works. If both fail check the cable input to the box, the F connecter is the worst type made they can come loose when you change or just move the box a little. Sky boxes often fail due to power supply failure due to poor ventilation and give the no signal report. If the box will not work in a different place it's cheaper to replace it than repair it, try ebay for a used box there are loads of them there qiute cheap. Good luck hope this helps.
