Why can I no longer get ITV three, Drama and a few other channels on my freeview TV upstairs. I think my aerial is pointing to The Wrekin.

A group of channels _ Pick TV, Dave, (and plus ones), Challenge, Really - are there sometimes and then not there. When there they're fine but at other times just a blank screen (though they're in the EPG).
Aerial on roof.
