Mr Scott: A simple google search for "uhf (channel) frequencies" would give you this list UHF channel and frequency guide - Tech Information - Digital Spy

Use the centre MHz frequency and ignore those above 60 as they are not used for TV anymore.

Johann Techman: Every transmitter in the UK carries 5 HD channels, so you should be able to pick them up assuming you have Freeview HD equipment.

If you mean the extra HD channels via the com7 multiplex, then go to digitaluk.co.uk, put your postcode and tick the "detailed view" box. Using a sample postcode of HR2 6PD you should be able to get it from Ridge Hill later this year.

Garth Sycamore: You are always going to get 0% signal and quality on a UHF channel which is not broadcasting from the transmitter you are tuned in to...

gilbert clark: If you actually have a 4G problem, then at800 will supply one for free. You should call them on 0808 13 13 800 to check if there is an active 4G mast in the vicinity.

David Smith: Because the commercial multiplexes do not wish to broadcast from any more than the 80 full Freeview transmitters.
