I have 2 standardsky boxes connected to 1 dish via a twin socket LNB, both boxes work fine alone but when my upstairs box is switched on at the same time as my downstairs box I lose my signal downstairs (upstairs continues to work fine). Why is this?

I have 2 standard sky boxes connected to 1 dish via a twin socket LNB, both boxes work fine alone but when my upstairs box is switched on at the same time as my downstairs box I lose my signal downstairs (upstairs continues to work fine). Why is this?
