B Drew: check that your tv is tuned to the right transmitter, and that your aerial is working properly. And then remember that we are having high pressure, so it could be that. But most such problems seem to have been caused by the first two issues.

Mike Chenery: that's very strange, since I understood that Talking Pictures was only available with an HD tuner. Still, if you can get it, there you go.

There are very good reasons for not being able to buy a TV without an HD tuner.

StevensOnln1: That explains it!

To be honest, I hadn't bothered watching it for a while, so I hadn't realised it had even changed.

d griffin: As I said above, check your tuned to the right transmitter. If there is a genuine problem in that the aerial will no longer work since the shift, then you can get a new aerial free, but in most cases it's found the wrong transmitter or there is an underlying problem.

Lynn hilton: The tv is telling you you have a problem, and since it's evidently all your tv's, it's your system at fault. Check all leads etc and signal strength. If your system has a fault, then returning it actually makes things worse.

You may need to call out a professional.

Harry Hackney : check all the connections. If you are not getting a signal, then either the connections are at fault or there is a problem with the installation with the new aerial. Or you tv has tuned into the entirely wrong transmitter, but that's surprising.

Dan T: Those muss are temp ones, but there is no way that you should be getting such low power from such a short distance away. Check your system as well - a main transmitter from 4.5km away should be often, if anything, far too powerful.

Have you retuned? I understand that the muxes might have moved. And Com 7 has/had HD and SD channels on it - you needed a T2 tuner to get them, whatever they were.

Di Woodburn: You are just 1.4km from the transmitter, so you really need to examine your system for lose cables, etc, because it sounds like your signal strength would be very very low.

Simon Cole: The channel is still on HD - check to see where it should be in the muxes.
