I'm in the centre of Nottingham and just done a retune - the whole Multiplex with ITV1 and Channel 4 is missing.
Read over some of the advice, tried with and without tv internal booster and external booster and have also just tried the factory reset on the tv.
No change.
I'm in the NG1 postcode and the arial equipment and cables are all uptodate and the TV is't one listed on the issues page.
If this is a widespread issue accross a lot of nottingham doesn't someone have a responsablity to return the service to an acceptable level?
