When attached via a panasonic record able box signal strength is 100 percent but quality fluctuates between 100 and zero percent and I lose picture on hd channels. Does the panasonic box deal with signal differently to tv ' s and could too much signal be the problem ?

hi , I have a good freeview picture. Dave and pick are however very poor and at times totally lose signal. my postcode is co15 3dx
