An engineer has been out and he seems to think that there is a problem in one of the upper flats (a booster box i think). So I think it's a case of wait and see, which seems to be the norm on this estate. Thanks.

For the past 3 - 4 weeks I cannot watch any HD channels, very blocky. i live in B;ackburn and my transmitter is winterhill. i have retuned youview box, checked cables etc. I have been told there is engineering work going on. but how long does it take? Getting really frustrated.
