30-9-2011. I live in a retirement home. I lost 54 channels at the recent changeover. After two days of trying to find the missing channels it transpired that the trouble was in the home's installation. An engineer came today and changed "the filters" took him five minutes. I now have 106 channels incuding ITV3 and ITV4 which had disappeared.
If you are in a multi-occupational dwelling and have lost channels, I suggest you get help from management.
