Hi. I'm completely new here, but I have to ask very kindly if you could remove the telephone number mentioned in Stewart Crowe's post 3 up from here.
That number belongs to Arqiva, that's correct - but it's an Ex-Directory number given to members of Arqiva's viewer panel, and as we are all instructed each year in the operations letter, it must not be published openly to anyone.
This is simply because if everyone has it, Emley Moor would be overrun every time Freeview goes down. They need a few specific "this is what's gone, this is which mux(es) are off" etc, rather than people asking "my telly's not working, what's wrong???".
