Len Hodgson: Hi Len i,ve had similar problems with channels moved around and no programme info etc, what i did was unplugged the box for at least 30 seconds.unplug aril lead , retune and obviously it wont find and channels , plug back in, rescan again and hopefully all will be well............this worked for me.

Hi, we,re in EX39 [BIDEFORD] we get a lot of stutter sometimes and why do box/prog time not always line up? Eg, it cuts off last minite of whats being recorded and then records that as the first min of next programme. BTW Its a Goodmans freeview recorder box.

After May 22nd my channels have changed for the worse, no have no EPG for BBC1/2 , it was working ok after previous update but bad again now.Im in Bideford and using a Goodman freeview recorder box.
