I have a SAGEM DTR 94 HD Freesat box purchased Nov 10. Only from today have I been unable to get anything although it was ok until then. My husband died 5 weeks ago and this was an area I knew nothing about. Do I need to do a 'return to factory settings' sort of thing and will the instruction book tell me how to.
