I presume my old evoke 1 will not be upgradable to dab+ though ?

I predict all freeview transmitters will have switched off by then...tv reception will exist only via satellite and iptv/internet/5g. And obviously many channels will be available in UHD 4K and 8k standard FTA

Not exactly channels anyway with many pointless +1's. Such a waste of spectrum. So we will just get the main 5 channels in HD forever then I guess...
More 4+1 on PSB3 why ? That should carry BBC News HD surely. What a complete mess Freeview is, much like DAB

Can't get 4 music on ch 29 and others since the update this may rnorning doing a manual search with my LG TV

Going a bit off topic we should test the USA's HD Radio system for AM / MW here...DRM did and never will take off, yes it is like the Betamax of digital broadcasting...in it's hay day and that was'nt too long ago, it quite novel to here DW etc on shortwave with TDF and some German stations all in stereo :)
