I live in Yorkshire where we have needed to retune today. My flat-screen TV has had no problems but a smaller TV with a separate digibox has exhibited the following problems. After a complete initial set-up scan, all channels appear O.K. and in the correct order until an on-screen message appears stating that 7 new channels have been added and none deleted at which point, BBCs 1 and 2 (channels 1 and 2)go off air. They can still be found working on channels 819 and 814 even though the headings can still be seen on channels 1 and 2. Where is the fault? We have line-of sight to Emley Moortransmitter and reception is good.
