Many thanks for Hannspree troubleshooting - the interference causing the missing channels was caused by a wireless Panasonic phone nearby. When we re-located it we got the missing channels!
Re latest issue - Icecrypt HD PVR not picking up HD channels on scan - have discovered that upstairs Hannspree picks them up - downstairs Panasonic doesn't. They're on different aerials, so in spite of freeview checker, which says HD channels are fine here, we must need a taller aerial for main tv. Thanks again

BBC4 HD and several other channels between 105 and
201 are missing from Samsung Smart TV
following retune. How do I get them back,
please? They are all in place on upstairs TV using same aerial. Thank you Sara

Brand new Icecrypt PVR HD T2400 in N5, London, with full Freeview HD availability according to postcode search, will not find a single HD channel, nothing between Channels 44 and 70, however many times we scan. Any ideas? (new, quality, HDMI cable set up)
