we live in a flat and have a wall socket to get signal and i have tryed a plug in one but neither work

I can get Analogue channels but not Digital i have tryed both wall and ex-turnel areals why is this?

I have correctly connected everything together on my freeview box but it cant find a signal
can anyone help please
