How do I receive all of uktv+ channels (gold, style, food etc) Friday 7 October 2011 9:15AM

BBC reception is intermittent for both TV & Radio. I am currently using the Sutton Colefield transmitter. Does my aerial need upgrading?

My aerial is attached to the chimney on my roof facing the sutton Coldfield transmitter. I get very intermittent reception ogn ALL BBS channels, including radio and many of the other channels apart froom ITV, Channel4,5,E ITV+1 give me a weak signal message.
