I use an EyeTV Diversity USB stick and iMac to record programmes, but cannot persuade it to pick up BBC 4 TV.
My aerial receives signals from Winter Hill transmitter. The BBC 4 signal is there, since if I plug the aerial directly into my television, I can watch BBC 4 live. However, it is not shown in my EyeTV Channels list, which jumps from Channel 7 to 10, and from 95 to 201. (BBC 4 should be on Freeview Channel 9 SD & 106 HD)
The list shows other BBC Channels at 562 MHz, the Winter Hill BBC multiplex frequency.
I have tried deleting the entire channel list and then running Auto-tune, but the Channel list comes back the same as before, with 8 & 9 and 96-200 missing.
Any suggestions, please?

Mike: BBC FOUR timeshares with CBeebies. Retune after 7pm when it is on air and you will gain BBC FOUR but lose CBeebies.

If you get the HD version on your telly, try keeping HDMI leads away from your aerial coax and use a USB extension lead that has a choke to reduce Radio Frequency Interference from your computer.
