No HBB & Northants DAB mux from this site yet. What a disappointment Seems crazy that a big rural part of Herts gets a service from Epping Green straight away, while the biggest population centres of Hemel, St. Albans & Watford are stuck using FM/AM.

Gtibb: HBB & Northants is broadcast from Bow Brickhill, Epping Green, Sandy Heath and
Zouches Farm.
The planning document - http://stakeholders.ofcom….pdf - does list the Hemel Hempstead transmitter as part of the plan, along with Chepping Wycombe.

In marshalswick, St Albans the London 1 multiplex does not have very good signal and there is usually a lot of bubbling noises even though marshalswick is in the London 1 range.
Are there any suggestions to why this happens
Thanks

At long last HBB & Northants has arrived. Pity about the amount of duplicated services with London 1, 2 & 3, but at ;east I can get BBC 3CR now without resorting to FM.

Hi,
Here in SW London my Pure DAB has, since 1st Jan, auto-scanned the HDD,N'hants Mux with all 8 stations.
The signal maybe low but the Signal Quality is 90% with no 'gargling' and while high-pressure is dominant I suspect some strange atmospherics.
I do add however that when switching on the nearby Freeview STB these stations then read: 'Station not available'.
Can you enlighten?
Many thanks,
Tony
