RayM: It's usually when the last programme before Weatherview finishes on BBC One, but can be earlier if that programme goes on for a while. ITV1 and C4 seem less bothered about a clean shutdown than the BBC do.

The BBC One schedule shows 'Who Do You Think You Are? USA' ending at midnight, then 'Celebrity Apprentice USA' ends at 1:25am. So either of those.

ITV1 joins 'The Zone', from a repeat of The Cube, at 12:30am while C4's 'Desperate Housewives' ends at 12:10am, followed by PokerStars North American Poker Tour until 1:10am. Channel 5 has CSI Miami until 12:55am.

Mike Dimmock: Many Thanks for your prompt & detailed reply which I translate as:
The new MUX names are un-necessarily bizarre & over-complicated, pointlessly embodying a load of irrelevant history & not implying any rigid definition or solid adherence to anything.....
Or am I a bit cynical?

Great receptions on the SD channels following last-night's switch over, but nothing on HD (yes, I do have a Freeview HD TV!) Have the HD transmissions started from Hannington yet?

Yes I can confirm that the HD transmissions have started. Try tuning UHF Ch39. The signal is very strong here in Newbury and Freeview HD reception is perfect.

tony: You should also see a signal on 41, 44 & 47, but they are not at full strength until April.

Post-switchover signal very good here in Fleet. No problems this time.

tony: It seems that you'll have to wait until April 4th then.

I get 100% for 45 and 42, ~65% for the rest on my Topfield PVR. The actual difference is much larger than those figures suggest.
