D ESSERY: Check that BBC1 & BBC2 are tuned to the correct for the that your is pointing to. If your aerial is pointing NNW To and set with the rods vertical the correct frequency is . If you have found weak signals from or in the early part of the , or if your is still tuned to the former Mux 1 frequency it would explain the "" messages being displayed. You will need to clear the by doing a factory reset, then either manually insert the correct frequencies (C56, , , -, , ) or commence the scan with the aerial unplugged, wait until the scan reaches about then plug the aerial back in.

Have recently had a New fitted and have lost all hd they say hemel hemstead have not turned hd on yet is that right ?

Before transmission of HD is not from transmitters which is why 's doesn't carry it.

has a pre-switchover HD which is on lower than the standard definition services.

I live in North Watford and noticed last night that I couldn't get Mux C ( etc.). I could hear a clicking sound as though the is trying to get through but no image.
At the same time Mux A, which had disappeared for months, is now back.
Do you know what the problem could be?
