The transmissions showing old US programmes on the Bonanza (it used to be on the line-up a few years ago) also started from .
Here in Notts., Test 1 is still showing colour bars whilst Test 2 is showing Bonanza programming (including adverts!).
Both Test 1 & Test 2 are being broadcast on Ch. 26 (514.00 MHz) with no .
Iain, I can't understand though why you're receiving Ch.64 because that's no longer used for tv. Your local relays at and Kings Weston Hill will both use Ch. 30 and Ch. 51

Jim, no the ref. to CH64 in on the EPG the broadcast as you say is on 51. In Weston super Mare the is not that strong but it does tune in with no break up.

So it is appearing on Logical Programme Number 64 and not 64, that's now in the spectrum being used for 4G.

Hi and Iain D,

The 'Bonanza ' programmes seem to be showing in their entirety on Ch.792 as 1, which from , also appears on the EPG.

Test 2 (colour bars) is coming up on 811 but doesn't show on the EPG (presumably because there are no programmes!).

There's nothing on EPG Ch. 64 here.

Does 'Bonanza' actually broadcast anywhere in its own right?

From at the moment BonanzaBonanza is on EPG 64 Local 1 is still on EPG 791, which should go to EPG 8 when in full service. So the question is will there be other on this CH 51?

There are two "quazi-national" that are being used to support Comux and the of local stations.

I noticed recently that +24 started broadcasting on channel 55, that +1 is now showing on the EPG at channel 54 and +1 at channel 57. I assume that this indicates that the compression technology is getting even more efficient, even within the constraints of DVB-T. (I haven't noticed any ceasing to broadcast.) How is this being achieved and does this mean that DVB-T2 can also provide more channels because of improvements to compression technology? (51.4634,-2.5264)

Further to my earlier postings, (as ) is now broadcasting 'BonanzaBonanza' on EPG 64 (it no longer states ').
It was showing the usual old US programmes on Friday evening plus an hour of Teleshopping.
Comux - Local tv Test 1 (colour bars) is on 811.
