Joan Carman: I have checked the True Entertainment schedules up to 1st February and 'A Woman Called Jackie' is not listed at all.

It is possible that there is a compliance issue specific to episode 3 that would prevent it being broadcast.

But frankly, as this is the third complaint in January about a third different mini-series that has had two episodes broadcast and not the third that seems unlikely. I'm afraid the most likely explanation is that True Entertainment really do seem to only be interested in broadcasting something between the commercial breaks - and aren't too concerned about what that something is, whether episodes are broadcast in order etc.

Is there any chance of getting the M*A*S*H episodes in some sort of order? Surely the vids are labelled with at the very least the series number. One day we're in the early 70's then back up to 1982 then back to 70's again. We are really enjoying the trip down memory lane watching them again but it is a bit frustrating when Trapper, BJ, Frank, Charles, Henry , Sherm and Radar come and go with such abandon! Do keep them coming though, they've well stood the test of time.

Liz Gibbs: It seems doubtful Liz. They do just seem to see all these shows as content to broadcast between the adverts with little regard for what order they are showing a series in, what aspect ratio it is broadcast in or indeed whether they show all the episodes of a series.

Please can you tell me why Highway to heaven, at times ends saying to be continued, yet never says when you can watch part 2.. This is very annoying. Be grateful if you could give reason why it never explains. Awful not to see the ending.

Sue martin: They usually show the second part of a two part story the following day. Unless they show part one on a Friday in which case they should show part two on the Monday.

That said True Entertainment have a terrible habit of showing episodes of a number of series out of sequence and repeating episodes that they have already shown again.

I should also point out that this not the website of the channel - that can be found at www.truemovies.com

if true movies2 cn't be botherd to show part 2 after 3wks then they should be switched off the air ,I am sure the sponsers with the adverts will not be happy to learn viewers are walking away in droves

tony jepson: First of all Tony did you mean True Entertainment rather than True Movies 2? Although owned by the same company these are two separate channels and True Movies 2 is not available on Freeview.

Do you have any evidence that viewers are 'walking away' in droves? In fact the viewing figures for True Entertainment are actually up for January 2015 compared to December 2014. The advertisers probably sign 'group' deals with either CSC media or CSC's parent company Sony Europe to advertise across multiple platforms.

I cannot for the life of me work out why any commercial channel would purchase any programme and then broadcast only two out of the three episodes for example. It seems to be utterly counterproductive. As I have pointed out in previous posts, compliance issues could cause an episode not to be broadcast but it seems to be happening too frequently for that to be the explanation. All seems very poor. But would failing to broadcast all episodes of a programme in the correct sequence be grounds for OFCOM to revoke their licence? Doubtful.

Jon Charles: Yes it is frustrating, but this is NOT the website of the channel "True Entertainment". Their website at www.truemovies.com/ seems to have been under construction for months now.

They do just seem to see all these shows as content to broadcast between the adverts with little regard for what order they are showing a series in, what aspect ratio it is broadcast in or indeed whether they show all the episodes of a series.
