Has anyone any information about connecting a TV signal booster into a TV ariel feed?
I am living in the Bradford area and have full Freeview reception but some of the channels have low signal strength and so tend to 'drop out' when being viewed. I live in a block of flats and so share the ariel. Would a booster connected to my ariel feed reduce the 'drop out' problem?

Thanks for getting back so quickly. The main channels are all OK - BBC 1 & 2 on 47, ITV 1 on 44, Ch4 on 44 & Ch5 on 44.
The channels, which I would want to watch, that are causing the problems are:
ITV3 on 51, Dave on 52, ITV 4 on 48 (varies), Dave ja vue also on 52 (don't understand how this is the same as Dave), ITV2 + 1 on 51, E4+1 on 52, 5* & 5 USA both on 51, Quest on 51, Channel 5+1 on 51 and Food network on 52.
I don't understand how the programme channels can share the broadcast channels, but I suppose that is the 'digital' bit.

Dave Lindsey: I moved in to the flat a couple of weeks ago and so, with settling in, it has taken me a bit of time to find the pattern of behaviour of the channels.
I have put a shorter aerial cable in place and this morning the signal strength, on the affected channels, seems to be better.
I'll monitor it and let you know of any prolonged improvement. Thanks.

Why are the Freeview channels in the Llandrindod area of Wales so BBC orientated? 25 of the 33 channels available are BBC channels (over 75%).
