Final switchover for The Wrekin, Ridge Hill groups on 20th Apri

We live in
Cheltenham
and thought that at
switchover
(today) we were going to get the
west country
news on BBC 1 rather than the midlands news that we used to get and are still getting.
Will this happen in September?
