TVs and boxes that do not support the 8k-mode | Switchovers

I see in the list (SANYO CE32DFN2-B) will not work after the switch over. So why sell it as a
Digital
TV if that is the case what do I do with this BOX. It like bying a BMW X5 with a 2.0L deisel engine in.Any advise regards very ANOYED
