I have completely cleared list as described and reset - interestingly Channel 4 is now 'no EPG data' too.
The ariel is in the loft. Everything has worked fine for years until a few weeks ago. The channel strength on BBC1 is 4%. I can recieve the channel but EPG data. ITV1 is only 9% but this does provide EPG data.
Steve Watson: If My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice does not work, then you may have to find a "first time installation" or "factory reset" option on your box (or set).

For some weeks now we have had no EPG data for MUX 1 Sutton Coldfield. We can recieve the channel okay but no EPG so no recording possible. Have cleared & re-set a few times without success. Any suggestions much appreciated.
