Ste: I've manually retuned and found it on CH34.
But it's still 106 and my box won't seem to recognise it's moved.
Can anyone enlighten me?

This page says BBC 4 HD is on channel 37.
My box says signal strength and quality are at max.
So where it BBC4?
It seems to have disappeared from about midnight last night.
