I can get BBC3 (on channel 9) onwards but i cannot get BBC1,1 ,ITV1, C4, C5 and all up to 9. the is OK. I have done the recommended (teletext p284) which is fine. I have tried the Digital TV Menu installation set up (several times) but no luck. Yesterday it was working - what is the problem and how can i solve it ?

postcode is e11 2jt. The TV is a Philips "flat TV" (model name/number not known but it is a couple of years old) with integrated box.

The in the area is fine according to the BBC .

thank you - the problem righted itself but has now returned again ! i tried the as recommended in your link ( see posting dated 24 November 11.50am and are still missing (nothing before Channel 9 - BBC4 i.e. multiplexes 1,2 and A are missing) the link suggests that the problem may be solved by "you may need to replace your with a type, purchase a larger aerial or you may have from a VCR, games console, or similar" How do I know which one - it will be expensive to cover all of these options !

Incidentally, a new aerial and was fitted last year - why has it suddenly become inadequate ?
