up until yesterday we had great . Now we can watch all BBC channels, but all ITV channels, channel4 and more4 etc. are so badly pixalated we can't watch them, and sometimes they just freeze. Occasionally the signal comes back for a few moments then goes again. My postcode is BL0 0NY. Help!
