StevensOnln1: Thanks for your reply. Yes I did a reset no joy. When I do auto channel search it shows RTE 1&2 as found but no picture or sound on 1. 2 is fine. My postcode is BT20 4SA. I also tried manual searches but don't know what one to tryi

Steve Donaldson: I did what you suggested and RTE1 ch 54 is the only one not working. I'm fairly sure it's a Humax aura issue now. My BT you view box picks up all the RTE channels and it's made by Humax! Thanks for the suggestion.

I also did manual searches on C48 under DVB-T & DVB-T2 no joy. Signal strength is 62% quality 0% on C48 DVB-T. On C48 DVB-T2 9% strength 0% quality.. C21 100% for both. C27 100% strength 0% quality.C21 100% strength 0% quality. C24 100% for both. C23 100% quality 0% strength. C26 96% strength 0% quality. C30 100% quality 0% strength.
I never received a postcard from restoretv so I'll try them too.

Steve Donaldson: Aura firmware is up to date 00.09.21. Humax have been most unhelpful & extremely slow to respond. Yes I can see what's on & due to air on the blank channel with a black screen.I think I also tried ch 33 manually. I am certain it's a Humax issue as the Tv picks up all channels. I will try messaging RTE also. Thank for the support.

Hi, I bought a Humax aura and can not longer get RTE1. I get RTE2 OK and both channels via TV on free view. I'm using Divis transmitter and these 2 Irish channels are available in N Ireland where I live. Any ideas as Humax can't help. I've retuned & tried an attenuator with no luck. Thanks.
