briantist i did that and the channels did relign back to the 50s but the hd signal keeps breaking up

the last 2 weeks all my freeview hd channels are breaking up with poor reception. My aeriel is pointing to crystal palace and i have checked all connections etc. i rescanned the box and all the channels moved from the 50s to the 800s. all other freeview services are fine just the hd channels. im in stevenage sg29rr
