Amazing got up today and channel and signals all fine, weird!, Shaun have yours reappeared? I also wrote to the BBC no response but may be something was wrong

Hi a few days ago all my bbc channels suddenly became distorted. The aerial is in the loft and hasn't moved and I have 100 % signal and nearly every other channel. It's not just bbc1 it's all bbc broadcasts.
I am very confused as to why the signal has vanished.
