Hello Briantist, I tried that earlier today, that is when the channels changed to 801, 802 etc. but I still can't get to view them.

I bought a Humax PVR9300 freeview HD box in July, it has been fine until a couple of weeks ago when we started having trouble with Sky News plus some other channels such as PickTV, Dave, E4+1 and a few others. The picture and sound break up and the message 'No or bad signal' appears for a coujple of seconds, then the TV just switches to another channel, usually BBC1. I have done all the things that have been suggested in previous comments but it doesn't work. Now these channels have disappeared from the usual place and come up as 801, 802 etc. but still no reception. What can I do?
