We are very close to the Caradon receiver - postcode PL14 5EA possibly too close as we have been told we are in the shadow of the hill. will try BBC News HD to see if that fails as well. Have not tried that.

just tried 107 and 109 and they are both fine picture and sound good. but nothing on 240

Thanks guys we can certainly see the mast from here. will be carrying out the retunes as sugested and hopefully that will sort everything.

I have BT vision and receive most channels without any problem however sometimes I can get Motors TV and at other times - usually when there is something we particularly want to watch - we get the message 'you equipment is not compatible with this channel' does anyone know why this is happening? We may get the channel for a week or more with no problem then the following day loose it completely - very frustrating!
