Thanks Dave Lindsay and Mazbar. I have elected to go for the simplest option first - switching off the auto update! Found it after some searching in the menu... fingers crossed. Merry Christmas everybody

I have a very annoying (and extremely frustrating) reoccurring problem which requires a retune of my integral Freeview Sony Bravia TV. My stored BBC3 & BBC4 keep changing uncommanded to ITV1 Wales & S4/C respectively. Since I got the TV in February, this has happened occasionally, but this week the situation has become intolerable. There were at least 2 days where I had to retune at least 4 times in a day, and even one day where I was up to 6 retunes. On this day, my Freeview required a retune after only 2 minutes!!!! Also affected is VIVA which becomes ITV1+1 (without a clear signal!)
