ukfree.tv shows the SDN and the D3+4 Mux'es as using an offset frequency (+0.167MHz), but Ofcom's "DigitalSwitchoverTransmitter Details" document for the Meridian region (http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/binaries/broadcast/guidance/tech-guidance/Meridian.pdf) shows the BBCB Mux as being on an offset frequency. I'm using software where I have to manually enter the frequencies, and I would obviously like to get it right.
Can anyone help me out with regards to who/what is correct?
