My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Hi my free view box was working fine up until a couple of days ago. The box is brand new and I've recently lost

, 4 and 5. The message on screen says no
video
/audio. Will the above steps
help
